Late afternoon, and I returned for a people-free shot of Stanier class 5MT 4-6-0 73129, notable for its Caprotti valve gear. This is my final post from this wonderful event.
As a post note, six months on from the event, it is still being talked about. With passion! It is likely that this superb event will never be matched, again. Though, there are clamourings for a similar event...
So, thank you Alstom, the organisers, and everyone involved for putting on a wonderful event. Great job!
