I'm standing on what would have been the Maine Central line from Quebec Jct (a few miles behind me) to Lancaster & Beecher Falls. The active track (which comes down from Groveton) heads from former MEC to former B&M tracks here.

It's insane how many rail lines and junctions were in this very rural section of northern New Hampshire.
