Former LIRR Coach 2918 is undergoing restoration at the CMRR. In 2024 an HEP electric line was installed, and all the electrical systems including fan blowers (not AC) were restored. This year the floor is the main restoration project plus windows. This is the last of the CMRR's five P72 coaches to be renovated.
