CSX is removing all of the searchlight and tri light signals on the Portland Subdivision (as of right now February 2025) only between Plaistow and NewFields. Here is a final pic of the searchlight at Heath Street (Russ Crossing) in Newton NH. After today all of the old signals will be removed and all the "Vader" type will be put into service.
