Palmetto State at Erie, PA

In 2001, private car Palmetto State was in the consist of the Northern Express excursion around Pennsylvania. The car was originally New York Central 10 roomette 6 Double Bedroom sleeping car #10223, the Scioto River. It ran on the 20th Centruy Limited and other NYC trains, and was eventually sold to Canadian National. It has since been sold to another private owner and has been restored to its originall NYC gray livery and is named Two Rivers.
