Owner Hal Raven introduces William "Bill" Bibby at the beginning of today's dedication ceremony to celebrate the arrival of two former D&H locomotives back to home rails. Bill worked the Adirondack branch for most of his career, and you will not find a finer gentleman nor better storyteller anywhere.
