Bill taking it all in as Cory unveils the tribute to him. The 4103 is an engine Bill spent many days on, and it is now dedicated to him. Bill became quite emotional as he did not expect such an honor. The 4118 has also been honored as the "Remembrance to the Men and Women of the D&H".
