With the chant of a pair of Alcos behind them the crew of the SC&H Railway assembles for the ribbon cutting, welcoming the pair home to the Adirondack Branch. Bill Bibby does the honors of cutting the ribbon. Huge thanks to the Delaware Lackawanna and Hal Raven for making this happen.
