PAS train B101. The propane truck on the left is waiting on Birch Hill Dam Rd. for a CSX maintenance worker to unlock the gate so he can fill the propane tank for the switch heater at the interlocking at Wrights CPF 354. The tank is almost 1/4 mile west of the switch.
