It's interesting that they are spiffing up this branch for ,essentially, one regular customer. I'm wondering if someone else is planning to locate a business along the ROW.

As of now, there are 2, the other being Harcross Chemical in Nashua. The line need's the rehab bad so this is good. The future is anyone's guess.
