EL President William White's business car #300 carries the drumhead on the first section of the last westbound Phoebe Snow departing Owego NY. I can't tell for certain but I think this car is actually in D&H livery as D&H and EL were both wards of Norfolk Southern via its Dereco subsidiary (a year later this car would be sold to EL and painted in gray, maroon, & yellow livery). A dreary day indeed for the EL.
