MBTA's "new" 2nd Ruggles platform

Not a train in sight on Saturday evening around 10:15PM but the 2 year old 2nd platform for inbound MBTA trains at Ruggles station is brightly illuminated in front of Northeaster University's new and expanding Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex.
