That unit was never run on PVRR but was intended for parts for PV RS3 203.

The freight only style fuel tank and short hood dynamic brake louvers suggest it is a former D&H RS-3, hiding in B&M paint, possibly the one given number 1547.

I think you & I have the same idea in mind this early Friday morn! The unit is a RS-3 for sure, and I suspect it may be the 1546, because to the best of my knowledge, not many of this class had the white nose stripe. See the pic I just posted from Mickeyville, with the 300 and the 1546 distant. John Taylo
