Visitor Comments about this Photo:That is an RS3 Bruce. I wonder why it was striped there and what happened to it. Posted by Alan LaPierre on 2022-11-25 11:11:10 Thanks Al. Posted by Lost Kodachrome on 2022-11-25 11:59:42 The freight only style fuel tank and short hood dynamic brake louvers suggest it is a former D&H RS-3, hiding in B&M paint, possibly the one given number 1547. Posted by Ken Patton on 2022-11-25 13:04:49 Interesting! Thanks guys. Posted by Bruce Macdonald on 2022-11-25 15:34:16 I think you & I have the same idea in mind this early Friday morn! The unit is a RS-3 for sure, and I suspect it may be the 1546, because to the best of my knowledge, not many of this class had the white nose stripe. See the pic I just posted from Mickeyville, with the 300 and the 1546 distant. John Taylo Posted by Bruce Macdonald on 2022-11-26 12:17:54 You must be logged on to post comments. |
