N&W 611 (4-8-4 - Class J) leads the westbound return leg of the May 6th VIrginia Museum of Transportation excursion between Lynchburg and Petersburg on the former N&W mainline is served 62 to 72 years ago. This is about the best view of the locomotive at work that I got over the 2 days.
