Empty Intermodal equipment is in the process of being repositioned to be available for anticipated loadings at Los Angeles, San Bernardino or L.A. Harbor. Getting the right equipment to the right place at the right time can be an "involved" process. (Good looks and plenty of power on the head end of "Repo" trains certainly doesn't hurt.)
