NYS&W 142 Leads Its Own Excursion Across the Ramapo River

NYS&W 142 (2-8-2 built in China) leads a Susquehanna fall foliage excursion from Susquehanna Transfer in the Jersey Meadows to Warwick,NY on the old L&HR and return. Here it leads the westbound leg of the excursion across the Ramapo River between Oakland and West Oakland, NJ over nice, calm water. The Susquehanna's 2 E8's were on the rear of the train and pulled it back to Susquehanna Transfer on the eastbound leg of the excursion, the 142 riding along backward on the rear.
