VIA @ Montreal, Can., Pt. St. Charles VIA's Bombardier LRC trains debuted in the summer of 1981. The Canadian-developed train was intended to travel along the Windsor-Quebec City corridor at speeds exceeding 100 mph. Photographed by Bruce Macdonald, August 4, 1982.
