A westbound Conrail junk freight is crossing over from 1 to 2 at the N Chili interlocking where the west end of the Rochester by-pass (ie, the ex-West Shore) joins the ex-NYC main. Can't ID much of the consist's fallen flags other the NYC, EL, and Conrail boxcars.
