That is indeed 3075. Looks like it came off the CORP and spent some time on the NECR before going to the Indiana & Ohio.

Thanks for the confirmation, Mike. I found a photo among the many I took this day that not only clearly confirms this was the 3075, but also shows the CORP reporting marks on the cab. Presumably it was never remarked for NECR. Borrowing a unit from the Central Oregon & Pacific was an interesting move; it's hardly a neighboring railroad for the NECR and New England is not exactly on the way from Oregon to Ohio, either.
Interestingly the NECR roster by the DieselShop contains a reference to NECR 3075, in the notes for NECR 4030 it simply says "See NECR 3075". However the roster contains no entry for an NECR 3075, so the note just helps to confuse the issue.

I noticed that note as well, which is what sent me down the rabbit hole of it's lineage lol!
