Are these Geeps dedicated to hauling Bay Area commuter trains with train number 1XX? Whose job was it to set up the number board to reflect the train #?

Perhaps someone has the answer to your questions. I have never been to SP territory, I only have the info that is on the slides and I am not familiar with SP operating practices, Mike L.
