An eastbound freight led by SP 7306 (SD40R) holds on the siding at Mohawk, AZ atop Mohawk Pass while waiting to me a westbound. The mountain the background is part of the Mohawk Mountains, most of which are included in the Luke Air Force Range to the south of the I 8 and Southern Pacific routes through this forbidding landscape.
