Was closed & reported over the last 2 years needing emergency repairs due too structural deterioration. Still in dispute as to who actually owns the bridge ( Private upscale neighborhood vs. MassDOT ) funds were allocated by the State to repair it, when in fact it was a complete replacement. State allocated $200,000 towards the project but who will end up being responsible for the bill and future maintenance is anyone's guess at this point.
