Rochester & Southern Local Approaching Silver Springs, NY

BPRR 879 (GP9 - ex N&W/NS) and BPRR 7822 (GP38 - ex PC/CR), both mostly in the previous owners paint, lead an Rochester & Southern local freight approaching up the connecting grade from the former Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh/B&O Rochester branch at Silver Lake Jct. NY into Silver Springs, NY. This is now the southernmost point on this Rochester & Southern line, with the rest of the BR&P/B&O south toward Salamanca abandoned.
