Crossing protection.

An excavation project in mid-1995 on NJT produced a large amount of extra dirt. Said dirt proved useful as fill to extend Liberty Park in Jersey City. Conrail for its part, activated a number of stored friction bearing ore Jennies, to be assembled into a shuttle dirt train. The last group of empties is viewed, being pulled to complete the day's train. On viewing the photographer, a Trainman decided to provide full protection tor an empty side road, per the rules. You never know!.
