Hope there are enough seats in that caboose for all these guys!

A new rear end crew is boarding a westbound EL manifest at Binghamton in the spring of 1971. Even though New York had a full crew law in effect at the time of this photo, ordinarily there would be only two riders in that bay window caboose so I'm guessing one crew is a deadhead?
