Now here's something you don't see everyday...

Norfolk Southern elected to send its OCS train to entertain clientele at the Republican (Incorrect - it was the DNC! See comment below) National Convention at Boston in 2004. An SD70M leading the pristine varnish collection is stopped at CSX's Selkirk Yard for a crew change - fortunately the NS2616 is cab-signaled equipped meaning it will continue to solo across the B&A route to Beacon Park Yard at Boston.

Historical correction: The 2004 RNC convention was held in New York City. Boston hosted the 2004 DNC convention. Great photo though!
