When Amtrak hauled freight

Amtrak was in the freight business for a short while in the early part of the 21st century. Here in late afternoon shadows Lake Shore Ltd, #49, speeds west on the Albany line heading to the CSX mainline at Hoffmans with an eclectic collection of RoadRailers, Material Handling Cars, Heritage diners and baggage cars, new Viewliner sleepers, and the ever-present Amtube coaches
