2 Members of Ross Rowland's maintenance crew for C&O 614 hold a discussion next to their disabled charge amid tools from the tool car which traveled as part of the train. Despite the fact that not much was getting done in this photo, the 614 was reassembled and returned to Hoboken later the same evening and led the Sunday excursion, albeit with diesels cut in behind and providing the power. Still quite a feat, given its appearance in this late afternoon photo, with critical pieces removed for work.
