Photo of Last Of The New Haven Heavy Moguls
Last Of The New Haven Heavy Moguls

New Haven 2-6-0 #468 was among the last of the Mogul types to run on the New Haven, at least it was among the last to be scrapped. I don't know the date or location, but I am guessing it is in Boston in the late 30s. I like the built up sides on the tender to hold more coal, the mismatched classification lights and the steel sheet added to the pilot to push away snow.
