The westernmost point on the C&NW in 1970

A C&NW Geep is tied down at Lander WY with a caboose and a handful of cars at the end of a long branch out of the Omaha area. In another 2 years, the line would be cut back to Riverton. Given that passenger service to Lander was stopped in the late '40s, I'm guessing the baggage wagon hasn't turned a wheel in 25 or so years.
