Twenty five year old Chinese-built Iowa Interstate QJ 2-10-2, leads a Rock Island, IL to Walcott, IA excursion into Walcott on Iowa Interstate's ex-RI Council Bluffs, IA-Bureau, IL main line. This was one of several steam excursions operated during the four day Trainfest at Rock Island.
