It's dusk of the day after the 2007 Kentucky Derby (Street Sense won) and the immaculate NS OCS train is heading home to Altoona from Louisville. OCS 955 is running north on the very busy city of Cincinnati owned CNO&TP at Burgin, KY, just north of the connection with the Louisville District at Danville, KY.
