Four Railroads Later

Conrail #4602 and sister haul the tonnage through Seabrook, MD headed for Potomac Yard. These electrics started life on the Virginian, served for many years on the New Haven and very soon after the PC merger, electric hauled freight was discontinued in the New Haven Region and the units were sent south to toil away on the the ex-PRR lines. They survived into the Conrail era.
