EL eb H&W freight at Owego

In spring 1969, a lone C425 totes a H&W load plus several hi-cube auto parts box cars east passing IBM's Federal Systems Division plant on the east side of Owego. While IBM had a rail siding, it was rarely used by IBM but it was a handy siding for wb freights to set out any hot boxes encountered en route.

Photographed by John Barlow, 1969.
Added to the photo archive by John Barlow, March 20, 2019.
