Springfield shuttle

A pair of nearly new Amtrak Budd SPV-2000s roll through the cut on the north side of New Haven, CT, with connecting passengers from Springfield and Hartford who will change trains at the next stop. There was optimism at the time that these cars would rule the Springfield line for years but that would not be the case.
