EDPO (L) & BFPO (R) waiting for crews at Westford

Trains hauling empty water cars on the left and loaded calcium carbonate cars (plus a bunch of general freight likely acquired at E Deerfield along with lead unit 7500) on the right rest at CPF-307 between crews at around 0830 Sunday. EDPO had arrived Westford siding on Saturday afternoon while BFPO has just been tied down on the mainline. BFPO would get re-crewed first in about 5-6 hours time. Not sure about EDPO. Interesting on-line article documenting the Stony Brook branch says that in June 1946, Stony Brook was double track CTC with controlled siding between Westford and Granitevill hosting 28 daily trains (including 6 passenger trains) - how far this line has fallen!
