Amtrak Train 163 with AMTK 642 'Veterans' ACS-64

AMTK 642, the 'Salutes Our Veterans' ACS-64, leads Saturday-only train 163 past the pond just east of the new Liberty interlocking, which is now in service. At least 1 train has made use of track 3 thru Kingston Station in RI(very slowly) and I have heard that train 173 will operate via track 3 once a week, if only to keep the switches and other equipment active at both ends active.
