Photo of Penn + Central
Penn + Central

Former Pennsylvania and New York Central E8s pose at the Beacon Park engine terminal in Allston. The difference in condition between the ex-PRR and ex-NYC units is interesting... the Pennsy wasn't spending much money on paint at the end.

Photographed by Tom Nelligan, May, 1970.
Added to the photo archive by Tom Nelligan, December 2, 2017.
Railroad: Penn Central.
