Show Pony: the Virginian in Ayer!

Still looking good after almost five years since being released into service, here is NS 1069, the Virginian heritage engine, appearing on both an inbound 22K and outbound 23K train. This is a 23K outbound train getting ready to go, taken on Shirley Street in Ayer, on Sunday 5/21.

Interesting engine lineup, besides the Show Pony SD70ACe, 9972 is your standard C44-9W, while the lead engine, 3660, is three month old ET44AC complete with a very noticeable radiator fin.
