VTR B&R action -- Empty Rail Train -- Friday September 25, 2015

On Friday September 25th the empty rail train on its return trip after dropping rail north of Rutland can be seen slowly winding its way through the North Bennington yard -- it will be staged beyond the Paran Causeway for eventual pick-up by PanAm Southern. Moments before this back up move PanAm "liberated" the outbound block of 72 cars that had built up all week due to varying issues for movement the five miles to Hoosick Junction (and beyond).
