Pan AM PAR1 & PAR 2 Visit Augusta, Maine. Part 2: This line is known as the Lower Road to Augusta branch. To my surprise Pan Am Executive train set traveled this mainline into Augusta. Sorry I missed the train for a photo but after looking at the rails and road crossing this is where PAR1 & PAR2 stopped and then headed back to Waterville Yard for the night on the 17th. To the left is where the entrance to the old Statler Tissue Paper/Tree free fiber plant once stood.
