Cold start of 7811

After being shut down for the 4 day Christmas weekend, 7811 needed a jump start from 5114. The ESPN 7811 finally fires off as an MTA train pulls into the Campbell Hall station. I looked it up, the GE service manual says push engine into shop and warm it up to start it on cold days below 40 degrees! Do you see an engine house or shop to push it in here? ESPN 5114 has a electric block heater to keep it warm in cold weather.
