Canadian Pacific G3g 4-6-2 2412 is on the Glen turntable in Montreal. The Pacific was built by Canadian Locomotive Works in 1942 and is one of the many Pacifics still in local passenger service out of Montreal in mid 1959; all were modern engines built in the 1940's. The 24 stalls at Glen were 3/4 filled with steam even at this late date. The two men in the pit are workng on the turntable.
