The Human Element of Railroading

In a scene reminiscent of a bygone era in railroading, Volunteer Engineer Tex Gordon and Volunteer Brian Panaro exchange friendly greetings as the train passes. All too often the human element of railroading is forgotten to locomotives and rolling-stock, but a railroad's lifeblood is it's dedicated employees, or for museum railroads, volunteers.
