D&H Jordan Spreader 35056 Ditching

On its inaugural run after mechanical rebuild D&H Jordan Spreader 35056 is seen at Mile Post 4 on the Cooperstown and Charlotte Valley Railroad. It is seen doing what it was designed to do, ditching. The Jordan Spreader can truly do in 10 minutes what it would take an army of men a week to do.

Photographed by Peter Lenz, July, 2010.
Added to the photo archive by Tom Lenz, June 16, 2011.
Railroad: Cooperstown & Charlotte Valley.
