The late Tom Arnold, B&O conductor and avid rail photographer, graciously shared a number of his photographs with me, knowing of my interest in the DC area. Here's one of his WTCo shots. The former PRR electric car carried employees between the Terminal and Ivy City yards. Today a van does the work.
