Providence area local PR-3 pauses for a few minutes by the Amtrak and MBTA platforms before getting the OK from Amtrak's Corridor Dispatcher to continue south "Through the Tunnel" through the Providence, RI Amtrak station on a surprisingly warm day in December. In charge of PR-3 today are geeps 2007 and 2011.
