The Mid-Eastern Region of the NMRA held a convention in Hagerstown in October 2009. On October 17th, a group headed north to visit the EBT. The rain quickly turned to snow in the higher elevations turning a planned fall foliage trip into a snow and steam event. Here #15 waits on the wye before heading back to Orbisonia Station to complete the 11am run of the day.
