NEW HAVEN RR - AN UNUSUAL COMBINATIONI don't know why the FM road switcher is heading this westbound freight south of Attleboro, MA. The FM can not mu with the FA so it is possible the freight's ALCO's had trouble because of the snowfall. If the FM was deadheading to Providence, where many were based, it is unlikely it would be in the lead. I think I shot this in early 1961 but I've lost the date.
