B&M STEAM DIESEL CARAVAN - BOSTON

To save movements, locomotives for rush hour commuter trains left the ready tracks at the B&M's East Somerville roundhouse traveling in groups to the coach yard where they uncoupled and moved individually to their trains which they then backed into North Station. As I recall, only two Pacifics - 3672 and 3673 - were needed this day.
